Konjac glucomannan, xanthan gum and sodium alginate form the fibre blend. These water-binding ingredients develop a thick, gel-like consistency when hydrated. The formulation was developed with research on viscous fibres and satiety in mind.

Open a sachet and pour the powder into the amount of drinking water specified on the product label.

Stir thoroughly

Stir until the powder is evenly dispersed. Follow any additional preparation instructions on the pack.

Ready to drink

Enjoy after preparation, following the recommended daily portion on your product label.

Do not consume the powder dry. Use the specified amount of water. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
